Built for teams that live in Google Drive

Your Google Drive activity, finally readable.

FolderFeed turns Google Drive's crowded Activity tab into a clean feed: each file listed once, only what changed since your last check, and comments you'd otherwise miss.

Drive's Activity tab wasn't built to be followed.

As comments and edits pile up, the same files show up over and over, real conversations get buried, and there's no way to say "I've seen everything up to here."

FolderFeed works like a feed you control.

Every file appears once. You choose when to sync, and everything between your last sync and now becomes the feed โ€” mark it as read, and start clean again.

Everything you need, nothing you don't

A focused set of tools designed around how teams actually review shared work.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ

One entry per file

No matter how many times a file changes, it only shows up once in your feed.

๐Ÿ”„

You control the sync

Nothing updates in the background. Click "Sync" to pull in what changed since last time.

โœ…

Mark as read

Clear a folder's feed when you're caught up, and start the next window fresh.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿคโ€๐Ÿง‘

Filter by teammate

See exactly what one person changed or commented on, across an entire folder tree.

๐Ÿ’ฌ

Comment rings

Arcs around avatars and file icons show new discussions โ€” colored when you're watching them.

๐Ÿ“

Monitor whole folder trees

Watch a folder and everything nested inside it, all rolled up into one feed.

How it works

From noisy Drive folder to a feed you can actually keep up with.

1

Sign in with Google

Grant temporary, short-lived access โ€” no standing permission to your Drive.

2

Add a folder

Pick any Drive folder you want to keep an eye on, subfolders included.

3

Sync when ready

FolderFeed fetches everything that changed since your last sync.

4

Review & mark as read

Skim the feed, open comment timelines, then clear it and move on.

No standing access to your Drive

When you sign in with Google, FolderFeed never receives a long-term "refresh" credential โ€” the mechanism apps normally use to access your account in the background, indefinitely.

Manage app permissions on Google โ†’

Temporary access only

Each session gets a short-lived pass that expires in about an hour.

No background access

FolderFeed can't read or modify your files after you close the app.

Active only while you're using it

Every action happens live, while you're logged in โ€” never on its own.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use FolderFeed on several devices?

Yes โ€” but since your feed data is stored on your device, logging in from a second device won't be in sync with your first one.

How do I remove access to my Google Drive?

As explained in our privacy section, FolderFeed never holds long-term access โ€” there's nothing to revoke on our end. You can still review connected apps anytime from your Google Account permissions page.

Do I need to keep FolderFeed open to catch updates?

No. FolderFeed doesn't sync in the background โ€” open the app and click "Sync" whenever you want to fetch what's new.

Stop scrolling through Drive's Activity tab.
